Welcome to SavannaCX, your partner in Customer Experience Protection across Africa. We provide solutions that help brands identify and prevent CX failures before they impact revenues or customer relationships. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our CX protection platforms, dashboards, and services by clients, evaluators, and survey participants. By using SavannaCX, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using SavannaCX services, including our evaluation and insights platforms, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any relevant guidelines or rules. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.
Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years and above who are legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable law.
Our field evaluation platform for mystery shoppers and evaluators to conduct assessments and submit data on customer experience metrics.
Our client dashboard for viewing CX insights, analytics, and reporting to identify potential CX failures and improvement opportunities.
Access to specific platforms is determined by your role (client, evaluator, or administrator) and may require separate registration and approval.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account across all SavannaCX platforms.
All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Accounts may not be shared or transferred without prior written consent from SavannaCX.
You may use SavannaCX services solely for lawful and authorized purposes related to customer experience evaluation and protection. Unauthorized use, misuse, fraudulent activity, or reverse engineering of our platforms is strictly prohibited.
All content, software, dashboards, methodologies, and materials provided by SavannaCX are the company's intellectual property and protected by law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal or internal business purposes only.
Clients retain ownership of their business data, while SavannaCX retains ownership of aggregated insights, analytics methodologies, and platform-generated reports.
Product and service names including "Evaluate by SavannaCX", "Insights by SavannaCX", "CX Protection", and associated logos are trademarks of SavannaCX.
Registration for clients, evaluators, or survey participants is free. Any service-related fees (e.g., project engagements, CX protection programs, or custom analytics) will be communicated clearly in advance. All payments follow our Payment Policy.
Data collected through our evaluation platform is used to generate insights that help clients identify and prevent CX failures before they impact business outcomes.
All client-specific data and insights are treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
SavannaCX may use anonymized, aggregated data for industry benchmarking, trend analysis, and service improvement.
SavannaCX may suspend or terminate accounts if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior, compromise platform security or integrity, or submit false evaluation data.
SavannaCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to data loss, system downtime, or disruptions in service. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the six months preceding any claim.
These Terms may be revised at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of SavannaCX services indicates acceptance of changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Nairobi.
